Mission & Vision

Mission

To equip children and families impacted with autism and related disorders with skills and support needed to improve the quality of their lives by using compassion and the principles and practice of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Vision

We envision a world where individuals impacted by autism and related disorders are accepted by the community, equipped to live meaningful lives, and embraced for their strengths.

Why the Giraffe?

Giraffes, the tallest mammal in the animal kingdom, symbolize aspiration. They inspire us to reach for the highest and go further than we ever thought possible. With their long necks, these gentle giants have the ability to see far out into the horizon to see what is ahead. Although we might not be able to always predict what may come in the future for your child, we thrive to equip your child with the skills they need to thrive in their communities well into their adulthoods. Here at ENREACH, we emphasize the importance of teaching functional skills that will prepare them to become meaningful members of their communities.

Everyday, our team is committed in ENRICHing your child’s and family’s lives to REACH greater heights.

The Enreach Way

...

Highly Individualized & Comprehensive Programs:

We believe that each child is unique, thus, programs will be tailored to each family’s goals and needs. Programs will also encompass a wide range of skills to ensure success.

...

Family Focused:

It takes a village to raise a child. We believe that parent involvement is crucial in making decisions and assisting a child to reach their full potential.

...

Collaborative Approach:

We believe that the involvement of a group of professionals (e.g., BCBA, psychologist, doctors, psychiatrists, OT therapist, Speech Language Pathologists), is crucial in developing the best course of treatment for your child.

...

Systematic Parent and Caregiver Training:

A child will be more successful when parents take an active role in therapy. Specifically, we encourage parents to understand and learn the tactics we use during therapy so that programs can be ran when therapists are not present. This is important for the generalization of skills to different settings (e.g., community locations such as supermarkets, parks, malls, etc.).

...

Ongoing Staff Professional Development, Training, and Supervision:

We believe that learning never stops. To maintain and improve our staff’s performance, we conduct ongoing training supervision. In addition, our clinicians are active in keeping up with the latest research and innovations in our respective fields to ensure the best care for your child.

Evidence Based Practice:

We are committed to engage in evidence-based practice in our practice. Specifically, we will always refer to the best scientific evidence and rely on our clinical expertise when making treatment decisions. Additionally, each treatment plan will be customized according to your specific values, culture and situations.

...

Compassionate Care:

Our staff is committed to treat each individual with compassion and to see each client as unique individuals.
